Submission and Initial Screening

  1. Submission:

    • Authors submit their manuscripts through the conference's online submission system by the specified deadline.

    • Each submission must comply with the guidelines outlined in the Author Guidelines document, including formatting, length, and originality requirements.

  2. Initial Screening:

    • Upon submission, papers undergo an initial screening by the conference editorial team.

    • The screening ensures that the submissions meet the basic requirements and fall within the conference scope.

    • Papers that do not meet these criteria will be desk-rejected.

Peer Review Process

  1. Assignment of Reviewers:

    • Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to two or more expert reviewers.

    • The conference follows a double-blind review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous.

  2. Review Criteria:

    • Reviewers evaluate the papers based on originality, significance, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.

    • Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations for each manuscript.

  3. Review Decisions:

    • Based on reviewers' feedback, the program committee makes one of the following decisions:

      • Accept: The paper is accepted as is or with minor revisions.

      • Revise and Resubmit: The paper requires significant revisions before it can be reconsidered.

      • Reject: The paper is not suitable for publication in the conference.

Post-Review Process

  1. Revision:

    • Authors of accepted papers with required revisions must address the reviewers' comments and submit a revised version by the given deadline.

    • The revised paper is reviewed to ensure that the necessary changes have been made.

  2. Final Acceptance:

    • Once the revisions are satisfactory, the paper is given final acceptance.

    • Authors are notified of the acceptance and provided with instructions for preparing the camera-ready version.

Camera-Ready Submission

  1. Formatting:

    • Authors must format their final manuscript according to the conference's camera-ready submission guidelines.

    • The camera-ready paper should be submitted in PDF format and must adhere to the specified font types, sizes, and layout requirements.

  2. Quality Check:

    • The conference editorial team conducts a final quality check on the camera-ready submissions to ensure compliance with all formatting and publication standards.

Registration and Presentation

  1. Author Registration:

    • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by the early-bird registration deadline.

    • Registered authors are required to present their paper at the conference.

  2. Presentation Preparation:

    • Authors prepare their presentations (oral or poster) based on the guidelines provided upon acceptance.

    • Detailed instructions for presentations will be shared closer to the conference date.

Publication and Indexing

  1. Conference Proceedings:

    • All accepted and presented papers are published in the conference proceedings.

    • The proceedings are made available to conference attendees and indexed in major academic databases.

  2. Digital Library:

    • The conference proceedings are also uploaded to a digital library [link to digital library], where they can be accessed by the broader academic community.

  3. Special Issues:

    • Selected high-quality papers may be invited to submit extended versions for publication in special issues of partner journals.
